2. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your NudeGreens products. If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns for unopened items within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@nudegreens.us with your order number and reason for return. Items must be sealed, unused, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of our freeze-dried food and supplement products, opened items cannot be accepted for return. Returns should be shipped to: 3341 75th Ave, Landover, MD 20785. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email and process a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. NudeGreens reserves the right to deny refunds if returned items do not meet these conditions. Returns are only accepted within the United States.
