Moringa Pancakes

Ingredients:

- 2 ripped bananas
- ½ cup milk of choice
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cup oats
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp moringa powder

Instructions:

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Lightly grease a pan with butter or your preferred oil, then pour in about ⅓ cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles begin to form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until both are lightly golden. Top with whipped cream, honey or some berries and enjoy!
