Ingredients:
- 1 ½ milk of choice
- 1 cup oats
- 1 smashed banana
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients into a bowl and refrigerate overnight or at least for 8 hours. Separate into two cups and enjoy!
