Acai Energy Balls

Ingredients:

- 80g Pitted dates
- 3 tbsp acai powder
- 80g Almond flour
- 50g Frozen berries
- 4 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp peanut butter

Optional: Coat each acai ball with shredded coconut

Instructions:

Place the dates in boiling water and let them soak for about 10 minutes. Drain any excess
water, then transfer the softened dates to a blender.

Add the remaining ingredients and blend until a smooth, uniform dough forms. Chill the dough in the freezer for 10 minutes. Once firm, divide into roughly 8 portions and roll into balls. Finish by coating each acai ball with shredded coconut for a delicious final touch and enjoy!
